pather bana diya mujhe roone bhi nahin diya.
damaan bhi tere gaam ne bhegoone nahin diya.
tanhaiyaan tumhara pata pochti rahian.
shab bher tumari yaad ne sone nahin diya.
ankhoon main aa ke beth ghi ashkoon ki leher.
palkoon pe koi khawaab pirone nahin diya.
dil ko tumare naam ke ansoo aziz the.
dunia ko koi dard samone nahin diya.
TANHA yun us ki yaad chali hath thamm ke.
mele main is jahaan ke khone bhi nahin diya.

mohabbat karne wala zindagi bhar kuch nahi kehta
ki dariya shor karti hai smaundar kuch nahi kehta

toh kya mazburiya bhejan chize bhi samjti hai
gale se utarta jevar kuch nahi kehta

bada gehra nasha hota hai maidan me marne ka
ki ja deta huye laskar ka laskar kuch nahi kehta

humesha shabr ko rusva kiya hai bheegi ankhon ne
jaarurat cheek padti hai gadaghar kuch nahi kehta

mere dil se chehre ka samjota kuch maje ka hai
yeh andar kuch nahi kehta o bahr kuch nahi kehta. ..
